Background:
        Felix Von Thom relocated from Drac settlement in the Draconian system at age 4 after the execution of his parents by Star Fleet Security forces during the "Gothic" uprising. All immediate family members perished during the 6-year security debacle. His IQ rated to top 3% of general confederation population, however this is only an estimate as subject has never fully cooperated with Starfleet evaluators. Caution: Latent hostility to figures of authority exists. Subject was never adopted as a result. Individual is generally quiet, observant, and keeps to himself. Caught numerous times 'escaping' from the various Orphan Care Centres he was assigned to during his boyhood years. Scored very highly in engineering quotient. Individual to remain under observation.
